Pastor Robert Kinley
Pastor Robert is a graduate of Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary in Columbia, South Carolina, and was ordained in 1993. He was called to serve Trinity in 2001 along with his wife, Rev. Dr. Janis Kinley who retired August 2012. Pastor Robert is a native of Stanley, North Carolina. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Prior to becoming a pastor, he was an accountant and CPA. He is a big sports nut! Pastor Robert has a big heart for youth and for seeing people connect Christ to their everyday life. He says that his spiritual strength is recharged by his annual medical missionary work in Honduras.
Organist/ Choir Director
Kim is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. She has a B.A. in Organ/Piano Performance from the University of North Florida, and studied in Florence, Italy for a year with the Florida State University International Studies Program. Kim has been a performer and accompanist for various musical organizations, instrumentalists, vocalists, and contestants entering top vocal competitions. She has been organist/choir director at Trinity since November 2000. Kim’s first love is her choir and she believes that “It is a great gift to give your very best to your congregation, as they deserve it. God already knows whether you’re giving your utmost or not, but do your best, love your congregation, and let God see how proud you are that He gave you the talent you have.”

Rae was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and received her BS in Biology from Point Park College in Pittsburgh. She has been a member of Trinity since she moved to Jacksonville in 1980. Rae has been cooking our delicious Wednesday night suppers for 25 years! She has also served as a Youth Group Advisor, choir member, Sunday School teacher, and is active in the women’s circles. Outside the church, Rae is Office Manager for Dynamic Dance Studio. Rae loves the Lord and she loves the people for whom she cooks. She enjoys creating the warmth and hospitality of the church’s kitchen.
