Sermon Series: Praying Together in Christ
Throughout this Lenten Season, our congregation will be praying together in the Spirit for God’s guidance and the Holy Spirit’s power in our life together. The gospel messages on Sundays, March 1, 8, 15, and 22 will be focused on the power of prayer to draw us more deeply into love and fellowship with Christ. This morning’s preacher will be Deacon Dwane Tyson. Next Sunday, the message will be brought by Pastor Robert Kinley.

Join together in “A House of Prayer” this Lent
Jesus said, “It is written, ‘My house shall be a house of prayer’ ” (Luke 19:46). The Lord God spoke through the prophet Isaiah: “…my house shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples.” (Isaiah 56:7) The great joy of our unity in Christ is worshiping and praying together In Him. During the season of Lent this year, members and friends of Trinity are invited to set aside time to sit down in prayer together. Praying together strengthens the spiritual life of our congregation and our relationship in Christ. You are invited to share this deeper time of study and prayer. On Wednesdays in Lent, March 4, 11, 18, 25, and April 1, please come for a simple meal, 5:30-6:15pm, then for Study and prayer, 6:30-7:25pm (Classes are available for learning Lectio Divina or Centering Prayer forms). Sign up NOW to be a part of this wonderful experience of praying together.
